DECLARATION OF ACCESSIBILITY

ARCHITECTURAL ACCESSIBILITY

Facilities for people with limited mobility:

The pavilion does not have its own parking lot. The nearest parking lot for people with disabilities is on Chmielna Street. The doors to the pavilion open automatically outwards. The building is accessible for people in wheelchairs and with prams. There is a lift in the building, which stops at levels -1, 0 and +1. On the ground floor there is a toilet adapted for people with mobility difficulties. The stairs are equipped with handrails.

Facilities for visually impaired people:

The pavilion finishes, such as terrazzo, walls and floors in the toilets, may be problematic for the visually impaired. Doors and glazing are not marked with contrasting tape. Stair steps are not marked with contrasting stripes. There is no typhlomap in the building. All rooms are accessible with a guide or assistance dog.

COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION ACCESSIBILITY

The pavilion offers an online Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter. The service is free of charge.

The PJM interpreter service is available during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday 07:00 – 20:00

  • The service is available at: Tłumacz PJM

There is no induction loop in the building.

Everyone has the right to: submit comments on the accessibility of a digital website or an element thereof, request access to a digital website or an element thereof, request access to inaccessible information in another alternative form.

The application must include:

  • contact details of the person submitting the application
  • indication of the page or page element to which the application relates
  • an indication of the convenient form in which the information is to be made available, if the request concerns not making the information available in an alternative form.

The request should be processed immediately, at the latest within 7 days. If it is not possible to ensure accessibility or provide access in an alternative form within this period, this should be done at the latest within 2 months from the date of notification.

Complaints and appeals:

  • In the event of failure to meet the above deadlines or refusal to comply with the request, a complaint may be filed with the supervisory authority.
  • A complaint can also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
